It varies by property, route and date, but agencies typically see rates up to 20% below retail aggregators, averaging around 15% across bookings. Every result shows the exact percentage you're beating retail by, so you can decide whether to keep the margin or pass on the saving.

Who can join — is there a minimum volume?

Travelvolt is open to any registered company or travel agency worldwide, with no minimum booking volume to get started. Whether you're a solo agency or a large corporate travel team, you're welcome.

What can I book?

Hotels, flights and transfers at launch, with car rentals and rail coming soon — all from one terminal, with a single record per trip.

How do payments work?

Pay by card, on agency credit, or against a prepaid deposit. Agencies can also share a pay-by-link so clients confirm and pay directly. You choose net or gross display throughout.

What are Volts?

Volts are Travelvolt's loyalty points — you earn them on every confirmed order and redeem them against future bookings (1 Volt = 1 AED).

Is there a terminal or API for power users?

Yes. Alongside the web app, Travelvolt offers a modern command-line terminal and a REST API, both wired into the same net rates and quotations. Agents who prefer a keyboard-first workflow get GDS-style speed with readable commands and color-coded results — shipping after launch.
